Terms of service.

Upon paying you are “AGREEING” to these terms and conditions.

TURNAROUND TIME:

• 7 days for all individual designs (except logos).

• 15 days for logo projects. (NOTE: That time does not include any revisions or edits)

REDESIGN /REVISIONS:

All designs come with 1 complete redesign. All minor revisions (color changes, font changes & etc) are free of charge.

• Any redesign after the one included, will be an extra $20 added to the total price of that design.

• Logo redesigns (after the 1 redesign is given), will be an additional fee of $50. This will be added to the final payment.

PROOFING:

The customer is fully responsible for final proof verification and approval prior to submission to the print process. Once you submit an order to the print process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout, style, format and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. Gifted Designz will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and will not accept any liability for errors resulting from improper proofing.

COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS & OWNERSHIP: Gifted Designz will maintain ownership of the designs created by us, until final payment is made for the designed item. After the client’s final payment is received, Gifted Designz will no longer have any rights to the final design made for the client. Gifted Designz retains the right to use the final logo created for our on-line portfolios. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Gifted Designz owns the logo and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the logo design (not including business name). The client also understands that it is the client’s responsibility to copyright the logo design (www.copyright.gov) and/or seek trademark (www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm).

PAYMENT: A 50% project/design deposit is required upfront before the job is started. NO EXCEPTIONS! The final half of the payment is due upon completion of the designs. The final version of the design will be sent to the client after the final payment has been received. Deposits are non refundable after being paid, unless Gifted Designz breaks any agreement as stated above in these terms and conditions. Thank you for your business, Gifted Designz.
